Lucia Valapart is the daughter of a Darokin merchant. She is currently living in the West Side Quarter of Glantri City while her father travels the Principalities in an attempt to expand his business. Their home, an old estate of her Baron Uncle, has seen better days. Once a spledid place, it has fallen into the same disrepair that the rest of the quarter has. Lucia spends her days and nights getting to know the city she now calls home and has recently made the acquaintance of Artair, Eelco and Erhi. She has taken a liking to Artair and the two have spend many a night out on the town enjoying the entertainment the city has to offer. Lucia has also formed a friendship with Eelco and Erhi but the former is completely plutonic and the latter is that of a younger sister.
